charming hotel near mirabell palace

efficient assistance quiet room storage space tasteful design

the reception staff provided efficient assistance. i appreciated the quiet room as it allowed for restful sleep. i found plenty of storage space to accommodate my belongings. the hotel's recent refurbishment showed tasteful design choices..

i noticed the curtains had a small tear, but it did not significantly impact my stay.

ripped curtains dirty headboard

The staff were very helpful and provided early check-in. I did not even have to ask.

The room i stayed in was quite disappointing. the curtains were ripped, which i found unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. the headboard of the bed was worn and looked dirty. This affected the overall cleanliness i expected.

i could check in a bit early. The super clean room felt brand new, which i appreciated. The staff were also helpful! We enjoyed our stay.

The shower design was terrible. i couldn't move without hitting the handle. It went from cold to hot. that was a real nuisance
