Very nice Boutique Hotel Experience!

The hotel staff greeted us with a complimentary glass of bubbles, what a treat! I found the unique interior design charming, and the kindness of the staff. The hotel could not be more attentive to our needs, both upon our arrival and in the restaurant. It was an absolute pleasure, thank you!

I found only a few English-speaking news channels on the TV, I wish there were more options. I would have loved to watch a movie after all that walking.

the superior double room had plenty of space. the sauna and steam room access was complimentary. the breakfast was very lovely and the staff were vigilant and professional, they always had smiles. reception staff helped with tours and transport.

as a couple we were given two single duvet covers. the explanation was that some people like their own duvet and it is a tradition in vienna. we found it odd.

My double room offered plenty of space, a real plus. I made use of the complimentary access to the sauna and steam room, very relaxing after a day out. I found the personnel most friendly and helpful. They provided useful information. The lovely garden added greatly to my stay.

This hotel has a peaceful location and provided parking. The personnel were very friendly and helpful to me. I enjoyed the lovely garden and very good services including a cosy restaurant. Excellent service, meals and wines were offered there.

I found a very slight issue as the coffee from the automatic machine was not as good as a real espresso machine.

The room offered a cd player with good cds. I found books that i wanted to read. The kettle and tea were of good quality. i appreciated that the location was excellent. The street was quiet. It was within walking distance of most things.

I felt we needed firmer pillows in our room.
