Fantastic stay in a GREAT hotel!

clean room maritime decoration varied selection

I enjoyed a supremely clean room. The maritime decorations throughout the hotel REALLY added to the unique atmosphere. Breakfast offered a varied selection and kept me going all day.

The wifi WAS a bit spotty at times. Though it didn't drastically affect my stay.

fresh fruit antique maps

i stayed in a beautiful double room for four nights the breakfast buffet had many options including fresh fruit and pastries the room had two comfortable chairs perfect. the hotel has a charming nautical theme i loved the antique maps and model ships displayed throughout the common areas i also noticed that the staff provided umbrellas on rainy days which was convenient. the room included a modern television with international channels and pay-per-view movies

the elevator was a bit slow and small it occasionally required waiting during peak hours

charming stay with excellent service

central location nautical decor helpful staff

i appreciated the central location near shops and restaurants the nautical decor created a unique atmosphere throughout the building i also liked the complimentary port provided in the room. the staff were helpful i found their recommendations for local food to be valuable.

the lack of complimentary water bottles daily was a minor inconvenience i expected this amenity given the hotel's reputation and price.

the room was decorated in an antique nautical style it resembled a small museum and featured a very clean environment the bed provided comfort and quietness during the night. the room included comfortable bath robes

the hotel provided a 24-hour reception desk which added a bonus for late arrivals and early departures i found the preserved archaeological remains in the breakfast area quite interesting it offered a glimpse into history. i used the chrome cast to connect my device to the television

poor wifi bad cleaning

the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating to my needs .

the breakfast options were not great for gluten free needs. wifi signal was poor. the room cleaning was also not good, cups and glasses were not replaced after use.

The front desk staff was warm and helpful . The hotel features a unique ship theme that adds character to the area. I enjoyed the open-air restaurant.

I noticed that new water bottles were not provided daily. I was advised to use tap water from the bathroom, which I found inconvenient.

nautical decor ample choices cold egg thin walls

I enjoyed the hotel's nautical decor. The antiques throughout the hotel and in the rooms were really nice. Good breakfast was available with ample choices. The location provides easy access to the metro for connections to the central station.

I found hairs in the sink and on my bed. I could hear a phone vibrating from the next room due to thin walls. Scrambled egg was cold. The croissant was hard. I was not impressed after paying so much for the room
