The breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pancakes). It included a huge selection of food and drinks. I had a room with a balcony, and the balcony had potted plants and comfy chairs. Blankets for chilly nights were available.
I found the lack of proper blackout curtains or blinds a problem. I was woken early with the rising sun. There was no complimentary water in the room. I expected at least a bottle of water.

the staff was friendly at check-in. the room was comfortable. the bedding was amazing!!! the pillows and quilt allowed me to sleep wonderfully. the location is great across from the gardens. the area had a great atmosphere. the subway system is handy too.
i noticed the hall carpets were worn. parts of the room looked tired. the communal carpeting on the stairs looked worn too.

I found the breakfast selection excellent with options for everyone. The staff was cute and always ready to assist with any request. My room had amazing views across the lovely park across the street.

The breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the pancakes. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They even prepared food for me to take since I had an early flight and could not do breakfast.
The room was warm, so it was difficult to sleep. I noticed a broken electrical outlet in the bathroom. The lamp in the hall was also broken. These issues impacted my overall comfort.

My room was worn and felt outdated. Carpets showed wear, especially on the stairs, so it looked a little tired.

Mariatorget metro station provides very easy access to Arlanda airport. Södermalm offers a lot of bars and many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, which I found very convenient. A nice park sits across from the building.
