The free shuttle service to the airport operated reliably every half hour. Check-in and check-out were quick due to the efficient system. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast buffet provided a tasty start to my day with a good selection of food.

The bathroom drain in my room was unfortunately clogged, preventing proper drainage after showering.

the shuttle service ran frequently and seemed reliable enough.

the room's temperature was a real problem, it felt stuffy. i couldn't adjust anything, and opening the window meant constant noise. thin walls meant i heard every door slam and neighbor's conversation, it was impossible to ignore.
