The free shuttle bus to the airport was so convenient. It runs frequently. i found the self-service check-in and check-out process easy to navigate. i really liked that breakfast offered many tasty options. It was a nice start to my day.

I noticed that the hallway carpet needed more cleaning. It looked stained and uncared for. this detail detracted from the otherwise clean environment. i hope they will address this soon.

the gym equipment looked bit dated, but it's still usable.

The hotel transfer proved so convenient for my very early flight. i found the breakfast buffet plentiful and comforting. There were many options and such care in the presentation. i found such a warm space in my room. the text reminder was helpful to ensure a quick check-in at the hotel.

i noticed a very small crack on the bathroom mirror.

the room's temperature was a real problem, it felt stuffy. i couldn't adjust anything, and opening the window meant constant noise. thin walls meant i heard every door slam and neighbor's conversation, it was impossible to ignore.
