the breakfast spread impressed me. i loved the variety, and it was delicious and plentiful. the staff at reception greeted me very kindly. i appreciate the supermarket next door, very convenient. also, i got an upgrade, great.

the room offers ample space. i like the well-appointed bathrooms. the comfortable mattress ensured a restful night sleep and the windows offered a wide cityscape view from the higher floors.

breakfast presented a great variety and a sauna visit was included. the location was suitable, with close transport links and a late-night check-in option. i found the room to be especially clean and beds were comfortable, so that was a bonus.

The pillows provided were quite uncomfortable. I thought they felt too hard and high. this lack of flexibility made it difficult for me to sleep well, so i had to make do.

The breakfast had many options to choose from. It even included vegan options.

The room was too cold. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, and it couldn't be turned off! this made it uncomfortable. the pillows and mattresses were equally uncomfortable. I had a hard time getting a good night's sleep.
