Convenient Location, Great Amenities
airport bus helpful staff
The airport bus stop is conveniently located right across the street (very handy for early morning departures). I found the gym to be great. It has a wide range of equipment. The breakfast offered very nice variety. The reception staff was helpful.
This felt a bit misleading since the hotel promotes itself as a spa hotel.

The hotel is situated near Odenplan metro station and a commuter train stop. The airport bus (Vy) stops right next to the hotel. The bus stop is Norra Stationsgatan. This makes getting around quite simple.

The room had comfortable beds and the staff kept the rooms very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the furniture was in good condition (plenty of space for clothes). The mattress was comfortable.

the breakfast buffet included organic juices and gluten-free bread. staff verified ingredient information for allergies. the airport bus stopped across the street from the hotel. i used the gym, it has three treadmills.
The room needed a deeper cleaning. I noticed some stains on the carpet.

the hotel is near the airport bus stop. the odenplan metro station is an eight-minute walk. a lidl supermarket is a short walk away. there are also several restaurants located nearby.

the breakfast was included. it provided a wide variety of options. the hotel was clean and fairly modern. the room was also nice and spacious.
i had to pay for the spa. there were many extra expenses, for parking too.

great location helpful staff tasty breakfast blackout curtains
The hotel's location is great with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. My room had blackout curtains, a feature i really needed (after a very long day).
I had to pay extra to use the pool, which I wasn't expecting.

Acceptable, but Problems with Room Temperature
insufficient heating cold air
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was a huge plus.
The heating in my room was insufficient. I was told the building needs time to heat up because the centralized system reacts slowly to temperature changes. The radiators were never warm enough, and the circulating air was quite cold. I requested a heater, but they were all occupied.

hot room open windows
the location its good by train.
the room had about 30 degrees in the morning as the sun was shining. the windows does not open much and there where no ac. it was unbearably hot in the room when its 20+ outside.
