a few issues impacted my stay

stale croissantsconfusing rules

the breakfast was alright, but some items weren't fresh. croissants were a bit stale. my room did not get cleaned everyday. i had to ask for it specifically and there were some confusing rules about when you needed to request service. this.

i liked the convenient location a lot it was close to many attractions the staff were very friendly they quickly arranged a taxi for me upon request the breakfast had amazing choices it included a large variety of tasty fresh food i enjoyed the quiet room overlooking rooftops it had a good size with tea and coffee facilities available.

the bathroom lights were flickering this was quite annoying to me

The breakfast room was quite small. It became REALLY crowded during peak hours, resulting in some difficulty finding a seat. car parking proved VERY expensive. I paid a considerable sum for just two days and the parking area lacked security.

i really liked the hotel's location it allows easy walking to many areas and access to the station is close for trains or ferries. the breakfast was excellent with lots of options. chef oscar created many healthy choices that i appreciated.
