the staff were efficient. i liked that i could pre book a take away breakfast. it was very convenient and tasty.

the pillows were the worst pillows i have ever slept with. all the pillows in the hotel were synthetic low budget pillows. the material inside was balled up. the bathrooms have zero privacy glass.

i loved the awesome breakfast it was amazing i never wanted it to end the staff were so friendly and helpful too the hotel bar was super cozy i found it nicely furnished and decorated super tidy and well maintained

the room i stayed in had carpet as flooring i generally find this unhygienic i noticed some bugs in the curtains as well i could not open the windows at all i understand it is probably for safety reasons
