limited buffet cramped space

i found a few things disappointing. the breakfast buffet, while decent, felt quite limited, especially considering the price. the space around the buffet was also cramped. the choices were sometimes not available, so i had to wait for replenishment.

I liked that my room was upgraded because of my diamond status. i slept SO well because of the mattress and blackout curtains. breakfast has free a la carte items and the staff is helpful. i tried the avocado toast. It was great.

The hotel scent is overpowering. It bothered my allergies.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices to suit different diets. I noticed an available variety and surprisingly creamy scrambled eggs that are a disaster in most hotels. The hotel could offer better bread. Many bakeries around town offer better options.

the location was good.

the bar was closed earlier than advertised, I was expecting it to be open until 11 pm but it was closed at 10 pm. the room also wasnt cleaned during my whole stay. the towels werent replaced either and , made me mad.

the hotel boasts a central location near the river (it's quite picturesque). the street is quiet. i found my collection superior room very clean and well-furnished. the pillows and bed were comfortable.

The breakfast area felt a little busy. It could benefit from some reorganization.

i stayed in room 301. it faced the canal, presenting an amazing view of the water and historic area. the room was quiet. the king bed proved very comfortable. everything in the room was clean and functional.

Wonderful Stay!

harbor view friendly staff easy walks

The location allowed easy walks to key attractions! I loved the harbor views visible directly from my room window. The staff happily moved me to another room upon my request. It happened because the flags near the entrance were quite loud in the wind. That was considerate.

The lifts were quite busy during peak hours. It led to a slight wait sometimes.

The hotel faces the river and offers easy access! The street is generally quiet. Therefore, a good night's sleep is very possible. That is a big plus, for me.
