the location was good.

the bar was closed earlier than advertised, I was expecting it to be open until 11 pm but it was closed at 10 pm. the room also wasnt cleaned during my whole stay. the towels werent replaced either and , made me mad.

the hotel boasts a central location near the river (it's quite picturesque). the street is quiet. i found my collection superior room very clean and well-furnished. the pillows and bed were comfortable.

The breakfast area felt a little busy. It could benefit from some reorganization.

i stayed in room 301. it faced the canal, presenting an amazing view of the water and historic area. the room was quiet. the king bed proved very comfortable. everything in the room was clean and functional.

harbor viewfriendly staffeasy walks

The location allowed easy walks to key attractions! I loved the harbor views visible directly from my room window. The staff happily moved me to another room upon my request. It happened because the flags near the entrance were quite loud in the wind. That was considerate.

It led to a slight wait sometimes.

The hotel faces the river and offers easy access! The street is generally quiet. Therefore, a good night's sleep is very possible. That is a big plus, for me.

The room included comfortable pillows. Also the bed allowed restful sleep! It had plenty of space for luggage, and the climate control worked effectively. I was able to relax well in my room!

The staff members were polite and very helpful with directions. They offered suggestions for local spots! The reception provided a welcome treat that included biscuits. Croissants and candies were also available. That was lovely.
