The lobby was very lively and inviting, a great space! i thought the breakfast was really good and had lots of choice. the location was ideal and easy to get around, though the area was nice too. i also found the staff attentive and pleasant. That really helped!

the room was fine, though the shower could have been a bit hotter.

Central Location and Great Breakfast

I found the breakfast had a wide selection and was well prepared. The staff were friendly. The library bar area seemed cute. The hotel was very clean and centrally located, this made getting around easy.

We were never told that you have to ask to have the room cleaned. Three days and no one cleaned the room! or changed towels. This is a bad policy for the price point.

The queen superior oak room included a comfortable bed and good quality linens. It was a calm space. The room had a modern tv with several channels, though there was no noise from outside or other rooms.

The location was near two subway stations. It made travelling easy! The street was calm at night. Many restaurants and bars are not far from the hotel, and the city center is walkable.

I found the breakfast selection great. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant food is delicious and plentiful. Both the choice and the quantity pleased me.

I was never told upon arrival that you have to specifically ask to have the room cleaned. So after a three-day stay, my room was not cleaned. My towels were not changed. This is a bad policy for the price point. The rooms are ridiculously small. It felt claustrophobic.

the breakfast provided much variety and included good coffee. its location is superb in the center with nearby cafés. the sauna and gym was loved by me. the room was cozy but somewhat small.

the room cleaning should be more intuitive, i was never told that you have to specifically ask for room cleaning.
