The windows could not be opened. This meant no fresh air was available. The air conditioning had to be kept running. This was noisy and affected my sleep (I value peace and quiet).

my room was always very clean. The staff were very helpful when i need a taxi to the airport. The location is very accesible. The train station is very close to the hotel. i also had a really GOOD view from my room.

The location was superb, near the train station. supermarkets and cafes were so close, very convenient. i also walked to kings park and botanic garden. It was manageable. the staff provided cheap, secure onsite parking for vehicles under 2m.
i found the bathroom lacked soap in the shower. the bottle barely had any, and the plunger didn't work. also, the shower door didn't shut completely, a bit inconvenient.

the upstairs restaurant offered a nice atmosphere and decent prices, really appreciated that. the menu had a good variety, and the service was attentive, though i felt the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel location was central. Many things to do were in the Subiaco area. All were within a short walk. Check-in was fast. The staff were friendly and professional, ready to assist.
The hotel breakfast waiter seemed rude, they provided no water on the table and I needed to ask for juice several times.
