the room was huge! the easy parking for checking in was GREAT. the staff were friendly and prompt too. cleanliness throughout was really good!!!
they told us to leave because it was a private event. then, we went to reception and were told to go back, as they cannot refuse service to hotel customers.

mixed experience
minimal equipment early room service
i found the gym quite disappointing. it was essentially just a small room with very minimal equipment. (i was hoping for more!) also, the lack of late-night room service was inconvenient. i was surprised it stopped so early, especially at a hotel of this supposed calibre.

Acceptable, but Some Issues
faulty shower door full price
I had a few problems . The shower door did not shut properly, so water leaked onto the floor. I also noticed the base of the shower seemed slimy and potentially mouldy (not a great sign). At breakfast, I asked for a smaller portion of scrambled eggs due to medical reasons, I showed them my medical card, but I was still charged full price for a very small serving.

noisy air conditioning cheap pillows
The windows could not be opened. This meant no fresh air was available. The air conditioning had to be kept running. This was noisy and affected my sleep (I value peace and quiet).

my room was always very clean. The staff were very helpful when i need a taxi to the airport. The location is very accesible. The train station is very close to the hotel. i also had a really GOOD view from my room.

stylish stay in subiaco
superb location secure parking convenient cafes
The location was superb, near the train station. supermarkets and cafes were so close, very convenient. i also walked to kings park and botanic garden. It was manageable. the staff provided cheap, secure onsite parking for vehicles under 2m.
i found the bathroom lacked soap in the shower. the bottle barely had any, and the plunger didn't work. also, the shower door didn't shut completely, a bit inconvenient.

the upstairs restaurant offered a nice atmosphere and decent prices, really appreciated that. the menu had a good variety, and the service was attentive, though i felt the food was AMAZING!!!

central location short walk friendly staff
The hotel location was central. Many things to do were in the Subiaco area. All were within a short walk. Check-in was fast. The staff were friendly and professional, ready to assist.
The hotel breakfast waiter seemed rude, they provided no water on the table and I needed to ask for juice several times.

The hotel offers a nice pool to cool down on hot days. It is close to the train station. This station is very well connected. You can quickly reach both the airport and the city center.
