Excellent Service and Clean Rooms
friendly staff helpful reception really good service
The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. The reception staff helped promptly when I needed to extend my stay by one night. My children felt welcome and are still talking about the really good customer service they received. The reception staff were kind and cute, even when I was stressed.
The hotel itself felt a little cold, even with the AC running. The foyer and bar were quite chilly. The front doors remained open, which didn't help the temperature inside.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offered a well-managed breakfast function for a large group. The function room was attractively set up, offering ample space between tables. Food and beverages were of high quality, with plenty of choices available to guests. Dietary requirements were also easily accommodated. I look forward to the opportunity to use this venue again.
Dining
10/10
I found the restaurant food AMAZING!!! I had drinks at the bar and it was perfect with happy staff. The steak that my husband had was the best he has ever eaten. The bar food was also very good after I arrived, and the bar staff were a credit to the hotel.
Rooms
9/10
My room was beautiful and overlooked the river. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Complementary water, tea, and coffee were provided alongside some toiletries. Check in and check out was seamless. The accommodation assistants were polite and nothing was too much trouble.
