The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a top floor suite upon arrival. Check-in was quick. This was appreciated. We were treated well.

The poolside bar had issues. Ordered drinks with a QR code did not work. Ordering in person resulted in a half-hour wait for the drinks to arrive. A champagne bucket cost $20. Arranging it took about 45 minutes.

i booked a room with a specific city view shown in a picture. the room i received had a view of a glary building. the tv did not have netflix connectivity. i found it overpriced to charge $20 per movie.

The pool area was gorgeous with very comfortable loungers. I liked the quick and efficient room service i found it very attentive.

The tv did not have a proper signal. I reported this to reception but it was not corrected during the two nights i stayed also the minibar food felt stale and did not seem very fresh
