The location was central, and the staff were helpful. Check-in was quick.

The room I booked, a Beautiful King Room, was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom shower had visible mold. It was not very hygienic.

sauna healthy choices convenient access limited options early closing missing slippers

the gym had a sauna, and i found that quite nice. the hotel breakfast included many healthy choices. the location allowed convenient access to restaurants and attractions such as king park.

the room service menu had limited options. the coffee shop closed early in the afternoon, disappointing. there were no slippers in the room despite them being listed as an amenity.

convenient location nice pool heavy doona missing blanket

the location is convenient. it is very close to the free red cat bus line plus a taxi rank right in front. there are nice restaurants and pubs close by, as are convenience stores. the pool area is nice but it is not easy to get into the pool for people who need stairs. there are no walk in stairs or handles etc.

there were two big negatives. many places give you a heavy doona, great for the cold, and a blanket, great for the heat. however, the problem is with the many in-between months. you either shiver with just the blanket or boil with the doona.

The valet service was convenient. Having my car readily available at the front door saved so much time. the room was beautiful, with a perfect shower with amazing water pressure. room service maintained perfect cleanliness despite the shopping bags.

I found the parking situation less than ideal. The hotel parking seemed quite expensive, so i opted for a nearby cpp, resulting in a bit of a walk with my luggage.

The staff were helpful. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink. i found the bed very comfortable with a modern clean bathroom. the hotel's location allowed easy access to various food options. the free cat bus route runs nearby.

fresh food safe garage terrible pillows noisy bedsheets

i had lunch one saturday. the food tasted fresh. the food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering (i timed it). the valet parking and underground garage are very safe.

there were terrible pillows. they reminded me of flat cardboard. the bed sheets were quite noisy.

non-functioning kettle broken coffee maker

i asked four different staff members about a package sent to me and each one said it wasn't there. i found it myself in the package storage room. the kettle and coffee maker also did not work, and staff said they would fix them, but they were never fixed.
