I found the staff helpful. the location suited me perfectly, within easy walking distance of shops. i attended a function, and the team thoughtfully addressed my guest's dietary needs. the river views at sunset proved beautiful. The building silhouettes impressed me!

The hotel decor features furniture made from ocean microplastics. it includes an excellent uma restaurant. Hill street bar food is also available. there is limited choice, in canapés and drinks.

the staff at reception were polite and efficient. i liked that club lounge offered friendly, efficient staff and a pleasure to chat. the doorman, however, watched us carry both of our suitcases from the taxi.

i stayed in a premier king room. the room had a spacious layout and included two separate sinks. i found the rainfall shower refreshing (the water pressure was consistent).
