easy shuttle helpful staff long walk dark lighting
the airport shuttle was easy i found the staff on arrival helpful. the restaurant was a welcome sight after my flights were cancelled
my room was located far from reception it was a long walk with my luggage. the room lighting was very dark and uninviting

comfortable bed complimentary water noisy bathroom fan falling lock
the room had everything i needed (it was quite spacious). the bed was comfortable and i got complimentary water.
the bathroom fan was very noisy. also, the sliding door lock was almost falling off.

dated room dusty lamp
the room felt quite dated it was showing its age. i saw some grime on the walls and minor damage to the fixtures which i didn't like. the dim lighting and heavy curtains.

I found a complimentary kit kat bar in my room. That was a lovely surprise. The staff was kind. The room was quiet and large, a great combination!
The room had no windows that could be opened and I could not get fresh air. the front screen door could not be locked.

The location is convenient, especially with the free shuttle operating all day. My room was spacious and clean. I found the restaurant to have very good food (the fish and chips were quite tasty!).
The breakfast hours were a bit early. It ended at 9 am.

the airport shuttle was very prompt (i didn't have to wait long). the room was spacious. i found the complimentary snacks and drinks a nice touch.
the tv reception was poor in my room. the room seemed a little dated. also, i noticed the road was a bit noisy at times. i didn't get the best sleep because of it.
