convenient stay with great river views
comfortable bed lovely view good location
i had a nice room. the bed was very comfortable. i also enjoyed a lovely view over the river. the location is pretty good for getting around the city. some nice eateries are within walking distance of the accommodation.
the decor feels a little old and worn. the rooms could benefit from an update as some walls looked quite dirty. the carpet also felt a little grubby. i feel like the lifts are quite small.

the hotel provides easy access to the central business district and swan river, perfect for exploring the area. you can find many dining options located near the premises with easy access to public transport.

the staff seemed courteous and helpful with requests, and they provided information clearly. check-in and check-out processes were efficient, so there were no delays. staff promptly addressed queries and offered assistance when needed.

the hotel room was clean. the breakfast host was amazing! such a lovely, happy, cute gentleman. i really enjoyed the walk to pick up a ferry to fremantle. it.!!

underwhelming stay
small room dated features
the bed was comfy.
the room was small and felt old. it didn't suit our needs for more than a quick overnight stay. i wouldn't consider staying for a longer period because of the size and dated features.
