friendly staff clean room comfy bed
the staff were great, very friendly and helpful!! the room was super clean. the bed was very comfy. everything was super clean, especially the bathroom. i was very impressed!!
the breakfast was slightly busy on sunday.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient, especially upon my late arrival. they looked after my suitcase after checkout, so i could walk around. the staff provided welcome bubbles upon arrival. the service staff at breakfast were AMAZING!!!

The Executive Lounge staff were really nice! The front office team. Diamond member privileges were definitely appreciated.
The south-facing room had windows that rattled a lot! It was hard to sleep with the wind noise. A room change was necessary.

helpful text messages delicious breakfast excellent room cheap towels carpet staining late event
the room i had was excellent. the staff were very nice. the breakfast was delicious (i especially loved the fresh fruit). the text messages i received before, during, and after my stay to check on me were very helpful and easy to use. i received instant replies.
the towels were the cheapest of the cheap. i also noticed some weird staining on the carpet. it was noisy even after 10 pm at night due to events held late.
