my room was big enough. the breakfast included barista coffee, which i liked. the decoration looked good. the staff members were helpful too.

my room didn't have a fridge or a chair. the bond of $200 seems excessive comparing to other hotels. no room service was available, i noticed.

the room lacked hooks for hanging clothes , and there was a lack of desk space. the extra cost for breakfast was disappointing. this SHOULD have been included in the original room rate.

my king room offered plenty of space it had a comfortable bed. the bathroom included nice toiletries. i found a convenient coffee machine available in the lounge area.

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture, though it did not affect my stay much.

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. the hotel's location is very central, close to the train station. breakfast included fresh pastries and coffee. I found this good. the communal areas were great, especially the mezzanine and ground-level lounges.

The air conditioner was quite loud, disturbing my sleep occasionally. I am a light sleeper.

The room featured subtle scents of essential oils and a comfortable bed. I really appreciated this. the bathroom and shower facilities were AMAZING!!! it almost was like a spa.

There are heaps of bars and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed this convenience. the hotel is right on the doorstep of the art gallery and museum. I visited both. it's a fantastic location.

I found the breakfast selection decent. There was a good selection of fresh pastries and bread. they also offered granola. I enjoyed it. however, dietary options are limited.

The lobby is designed to. I appreciated this. i was able to use the kitchen to make coffee. the design of the entire hotel aims for a cozy feel.
