the staff were attentive and helpful to me.

the noise was a significant issue i experienced. i could clearly hear people in the hallway and conversations from adjacent rooms. this lack of soundproofing affected my sleep.

The location was really handy, near the train station. The room was very clean. I liked that breakfast and coffee were reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable.

The TV had limited options because it was locked down.

The location is great for transportation. It is close to the train station, shopping malls and bus stops. It is easy to walk around the central business district. The free CAT buses are close by too.

The room was very small. There was nowhere to put clothes and no drawers or a cupboard. Bedside tables were just half circles of wood. They were attached to the wall. There were only 3 hangers on a coat hook.

The petite king room was spotlessly clean with amazingly comfortable beds. the air conditioning was very efficient, much needed! the hotel location is great. It is a lovely short stroll to elizabeth quay and the swan river.

I found the bathroom door had hand marks all over it. It needed a wipe.
