the heritage room had high ceilings and a wonderful bathroom with a rain shower i thought that was acceptable.

i found the bar closed surprisingly early most nights it shut down at 830pm and wasn't open at all on sundays i had to leave to find food and drinks that was inconvenient room service was also very limited a smaller bar or cafe should be open .

i really appreciated the heritage king room verandah. the room was spacious (plenty of room to relax!). i also found the king-size bed very comfortable.

i wasn't happy that some areas were closed. i also found that housekeeping was not consistent (i had to ask for refreshments). the potential fine for shower steam setting off the fire alarm felt excessive.
