central location walking distance great atmosphere

I selected this place on murray street because it is central. it is walking distance from the train station and busport (via the grand underground walkway link!). i caught a train to fremantle. the restaurant downstairs was great. I had a few beers there.

there were only 3 black tea bags and not enough milk.

The reception staff was available 24 hours. They helped me secure a taxi to the airport. i appreciated the city map provided. It helped me walk to the harbour to catch a ferry. guest laundries located on three floors were a useful feature. a table and chairs in the room allowed me to have coffee and watch tv comfortably.

the shower area in the bathroom had poor design, water kept flooding out. the bathroom floor remained quite wet after each shower. it was a notable inconvenience.

the hotel is central, convenient to the train station and busport. i used the underground walkway to get to transport. the free cat bus lines helped me to see the city. a short walk took me to murray and hay street malls.

The room was neat and clean. tv worked well. It included chromecast so i could watch britbox from my phone. the laundry facility was available at a cost of $5 for the washing machine and $5 for the dryer. it was helpful to have these facilities.

helpful staff convenient location limited wifi poor cleanliness

the staff was friendly and helpful i received lots of information. the location is convenient close to the bus lines.

the wifi allowed connection for only two devices we had three. the room cleanliness was disappointing we returned to a half cleaned room several times.
