convenient location train station coffee machine

The location was really convenient. i found myself close to the train station. Made getting around easy. the room had a full-size fridge and a coffee machine. I certainly appreciated that.

the air conditioning unit was only in the living room, not the bedroom.

handy kitchenette spacious room convenient location

The hotel's location proved convenient. I could easily walk to key attractions. My spacious room included a handy kitchenette. The staff efficiently stored my luggage after checkout, which allowed me to explore the city freely before my evening flight.

The air conditioning unit seemed quite old. It generated a noticeable amount of noise during operation.

The reception staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They were very helpful. They promptly addressed inquiries and assisted with luggage storage after my checkout time, demonstrating excellent customer care , GREAT!

fantastic city stay!

early room needed kitchenette clean hotel friendly housekeeping

the receptionist immediately helped me, as i arrived early after a long trip, which i really appreciated! the kitchenette in my room had everything i needed! i found the hotel very clean. housekeeping staff was very friendly.

the air conditioning was aimed directly at the bed so i was a little cold, though i easily adjusted it

the hotel is near shopping malls, so getting around was easy. it is also very close to public transport, made exploring simple. i found a supermarket across the street, convenient.

The air conditioner was quite loud. it was difficult to regulate its temperature. the smoke alarm went off at 6:15am. this led to an evacuation, but staff gave no information. I was very concerned.

noisy plumbing damaged cabinets

i booked a stay, and the air conditioner was SO LOUD. archaic noisy plumbing was another issue. damaged bathroom cabinets were there too. i was so disappointed by the lack of storage for clothes and only six hangers provided.
