Excellent Hotel with Great Location
central location spacious room
The location proved central, with access to main attractions. My room was spacious. Staff provided helpful, friendly service (I was particularly impressed by the concierge).
I encountered a minor inconvenience with valet parking costs. The price seemed high. I still paid it, but I think it could be more reasonable.

The infinity pool offered nice views of Elizabeth Quay. The pool area had comfortable seating, and the water temperature was well kept. I also found the fitness center to be adequately equipped.

Mixed experience. Service needs attention
worn towels mediocre cuisine
the location worked well for my needs during the visit.
the towels in my room seemed quite worn. i asked for replacements, but the fresh towels provided the next day were in similar condition. the cuisine did not particularly impress me either.

great hotel experience
spacious room top facility great staff
the rooms were spacious it had top facilities. the hotel was moments from a lot of cafes. breakfast was delicious the staff at breakfast were great.
i was woken up by banging doors and loud noises. i heard plates early in the morning. this occurred outside my bedroom door.

the hotel location is convenient. there is easy access to nearby ferries. it is close to river tours and elizabeth quay.

the staff showed us around upon arrival. there was a lovely birthday greeting and a small treat. the service was good in the afternoon at the club lounge.

a stay with minor drawbacks
excellent location friendly staff beautiful pool poor maintenance missing grout dirty corners
the hotel location was excellent. it made seeing nearby attractions quite easy. the staff seemed friendly, also efficient. i liked the beautiful warm pool on the fifth floor even it get no sun until afternoon.
i find the maintenance was below expected standards. scratches marked the floor, there were areas with grout missing. dirt sat in the corners of the room, i don't think they clean well. signs were missing letters.

Really good service and location
attentive staff swan river special touches
the location overlooking the swan river and elizabeth quay was great (i especially enjoyed the views up to kings park). the staff were very attentive to our needs. they made my dad's 80th birthday a nice occasion with special touches. the seat in the bathroom was appreciated by my parents.
i found no cause of concern. the waitress did not listen to us and seek clarification from admin before proceeding to ruin our breakfast. my husband was escorted mid eating to the hotel reception. the hotel should improve on this.

the pool on the 5th floor was beautiful and warm. it is worth noting that the pool area only receives direct sunlight in the afternoon. the bathroom had a deep bath and a relaxing shower.
