Fantastic stay, great staff

great room amazing room cleaning service friendly staff

I found various room options. The king suite on the river side is a amazing room. The rooms had cleaning service and all accommodations. THE staff is the highlight of this place. The front desk staff was especially kind, friendly, and accommodating. The staff made this hotel special for me.

The noise from parties in rooms was too much. Due to new year's eve, there were many groups. This made the hotel noisy by the pool and rooftop bar.

The hotel's location is very tidy, right across from Elizabeth Quay. It is also just down the road from the main shopping district, granting convenient access to river paths for enjoyable walks. The location IS prime.

modern room immaculate cleanliness rooftop bar relaxing environment

The modern room size impressed me. The cleanliness was perfect . The rooftop bar provided enjoyable moments with splendid views. The pool was well maintained and offered a relaxing environment. i appreciate these AMENITIES.

The limited menu for room service caused a slight inconvenience , but i managed.

poor cleanliness stained bench

the room felt not clean. i was on the 15th floor in a panoramic room overlooking the river. the cleaning staff were not great. i had to ask them twice to vacuum and clean well, and even then, it wasn't perfect. the bench under the clothes rack was stained.

great location wide selection

the location was great and it was good to look out on the water first thing in the morning. breakfast was first class with a wide selection of foods on offer. the food was AMAZING!!!
