The One Bedroom Loft Condo features a queen bed in a private bedroom and two queen beds in the loft sleeping area. Mountain Cabins provide a queen bed in the master bedroom, a loft with two double beds, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a balcony or patio. Two Bedroom Suites have 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a kids' loft area, a full kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, and a private balcony.

Tunnel Mountain Resort includes an indoor pool open from 8 AM to 10 PM, sauna, steam room, and fitness room. Bike rentals are available at the front desk, including bike locks and helmets. Guests have access to guest laundry with two washers and two dryers. The resort also features two outdoor barbecues with views of the Canadian Rockies, and BBQ tools/utensils are available at the front desk. Composting bins are in every room with kitchens.

Brewster Banff Airport Express offers express service from the Calgary International Airport to Banff. All visitors to Banff National Park require a National Park entry pass. Free parking is available. The resort provides complimentary Banff Roam bus passes for local transit.
