The location was convenient (close to many establishments). the spa area included a steam room and sauna. I found it clean and well maintained.

the room was warm, but the bedding was a thick winter duvet was good. there was also a lot of noise from people near the entrance late at night that was disruptive.

the room was kinda dark, i expect better. they gave us a jug but not any cups. i had to call for cups, but they said they don't do room service. i had to go get the stuff myself at the desk, not good for a place costing this much. basement parking cost extra, that is annoying.
