wonderful stay!

free shuttle spacious room clean room

i liked that a free shuttle bus took me to the city center it ran frequently i found the room very spacious and clean the lotion and hand soap smelled nice

the pool was nice with a hot tub nearby there were showers close to the pool area guest laundry facilities were available this made it easy to wash clothes on the hotel.

the front desk operated 24 hours i checked in late with no problems the staff helped hold my luggage after checkout this was helpful since my flight was later in the day.

my room had a full kitchen that included a stove and refrigerator the room also had pots, pans, and place settings i liked having a wood fireplace in the room it gave a cozy feel.

nice view tennis court good amenities cheap feeling full sized pillows small pillows

The location is not near the hustle, yet it isn't in walking distance. My suite has nice view of the mountain when you sit by the porch. I would come back stay at this location. It has good amenities for kids to play pool plus a tennis court.

The pillows feels cheap. We only had 2 full sized pillows for 4 people. We also got a bunch of small half sized pillows that were too small. All 4 family members complained about not being able to sleep on them.

a mixed experience

uncaring staff unwashed duvets

the location was okay and there was a shuttle to town.

The front desk staff seemed uncaring about guests. i accidentally left some belongings. Used items were outside the room in a laundry bag, but the duvets were missing. this suggests they don't wash duvets daily, and the one in my room had a pale yellow color. when i mentioned the duvets should be washed, the staff barely acknowledged me.

Decent stay with some issues

outdated stove uncomfortable couches

The location is a short drive from downtown. (This was convenient for getting around.)

The room showed wear and tear. The stove was outdated, I could feel heat escaping while the oven was on. Some pots and pans were not clean. The couches and chair by the fireplace needed replacement as they were uncomfortable.
