Check-in was efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The underground parking was free. The hot coffee in the lobby each morning was a nice touch (I really appreciate that).

The room lacked air conditioning, which could be a problem in warmer months. The furniture looked worn and outdated. The tv seemed old.

i stayed for a few nights. the location was very accessible to the town. the underground parking was convenient, especially given the snowfall. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the on-site restaurant had scenic views.

My room lacked air conditioning. It might be uncomfortable during warmer months. i could request an electric fan. Perhaps the hotel will consider installing a more robust cooling system. a fan could improve the experience.

the staff was accommodating i arrived early and got an early check in.

the hot tubs were closed for repairs i was told i could access the hot tubs at a sister resort. that meant i had to travel to another location it was not convenient. i expected the amenities to be available on site it was frustrating.

the staff here are friendly. i found the room to be clean and quiet, i really liked having my morning coffee in the main lobby.

the rooms are clearly in need of updating. i noticed pretty extensive water damage with swollen baseboards and trim around the tub. there were finger marks and spill marks all over the walls, toothpaste was all around the bathroom sinks.
