Guests consistently highlight the stunning mountain views from the hot pools, offering a perfect way to unwind. parking lot viewarchaic ac
I must say, the mountain VIEW from my 'Superior Suite Mountain View' was.. underwhelming. Instead of majestic peaks, I mostly gazed upon the parking lot, not the scenic vista i was hoping for. What a GREAT start. the archaic A/C unit sounded like a freight train. It definitely interrupted my restful sleep.

i stayed in a cool hotel and the restaurant, sudden sally, was AMAZING!!! ryan, the assistant manager, gave us a detailed overview and a tasty trip through the menu, i had the chicken wings and scotch egg, presented beautifully with great portions! the hotel even gave me bus tickets to get around!
the air conditioning was too loud on its lowest setting, and i struggled to sleep because of the constant noise, it was a pain!

hot tub viewfalling toilet seat
The room was supposed to have a mountain view. Instead, it faced directly toward the hot tub area. People in their swimsuits were all I could see. Closing the blinds became necessary. The TV only had a few standard definition channels. The toilet seat kept falling down. Those details don't feel right, especially given the price.

the onsite restaurant was very good. I liked the bus passes because they were free to use. The mountain views from the east facing rooms were nice. There was good WiFi available.
the hotel layout is confusing because it's made up of different buildings.
