Underwhelming stay. Expected more for the price

basic gympoor service

I was pretty disappointed with the state of the fitness center. It was so basic. wanting to do any real weight training was out of the question. there were only a few dumbbells, one bench, and no bars at all. also, the front desk service was pretty poor. I was put on hold for nearly ten minutes. it was like they were understaffed or just not attentive, which isn't what i expect when i'm paying so much per night.

The location was really convenient. i found underground parking very useful. i also liked the well-equipped suite. It had everything we needed.

the gym was basic. i wished there were more options for weight training since it only had dumbbells and one bench.

the room matched the photos. my teenage son slept on the pull-out sofa and we still had room for all three of us. i found a large bathroom and a very clean room. parking underneath was easy and convenient.
