the hotel provided an easy, comfortable guest shuttle to moraine lake! alex's mixology class at the bar was super fun and informative. hotel living room moments with friends were lovely. i enjoyed every moment of my stay sooo much!!!

The coffee wasn't the best. It was just okay. it needs some improvement to match the quality of the breakfast and dinner. i hope they address this soon.

the room had comfy beds and a nice bathroom. the king rooms are, however, ridiculously small. the bathroom felt tiny, almost like a joke in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

The location is really good. The hotel offers direct access to winter hiking trails and provides complimentary crampons for shoes. I enjoyed the fast WiFi and the evening fire pits with s'mores by the lake. I really appreciated the hotel's elegant and refined atmosphere.

The hotel was quite busy, with many day tourists passing through the lobby.

The hotel boasts AMAZING views of the Victoria Glacier and the nearby lake. You can walk directly onto the frozen lake for skating. Complimentary crampons make winter hiking safer. This location provides unparalleled access to natural beauty. It is lovely.

The location provided amazing views. mixology was a fun arrival activity. i sat in the window seat each morning, watching the sunrise over the lake. It was a majestic sight! dinner and service were also good.

I found the coffee to be just okay. It could definitely be improved. everything else was good, though.

excessive fee noisy room

the location, i admit, is excellent. my room, a king room, was average, really. the staff are okay, i suppose. however, i find the exorbitant parking fee unacceptable. Forty dollars daily feels excessive for a hotel charging so much per night. the noise from nearby rooms bothered me as well. I hear their tv late into the night, and it made sleep difficult. these issues really took away from what should be a relaxing stay.
