the hotel has two tall glass towers , and check-in was easy with cute staff. free bottles of water were supplied daily.

missing items sink issue

the location is suitable for walking and getting around , as expected.

the room was not prepared for the number of guests booked , i noticed this immediately after arrival. there were only two bathrobes, two glasses in the bathroom , and one paper cup for coffee. the sink also had drainage problems , the pop up plug did not work.

slow elevators thin walls

the location was fine for what i needed. it was acceptable.

i was so annoyed with the elevators. waiting took forever, and it seemed only one or two were actually working at any given time. the noise from other rooms bothered me too. i could hear conversations and the tv, it made it hard to relax.

the room included a master switch by the door. this switch turned all the lights on and off with one flip. i appreciated the cleverly designed shower with a backlit mirror.

i found the pillows unsupportive. there were no firm options available. my neck felt strained. the pillows detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The staff was VERY kind. The room had a modern design. I found the location convenient for accessing nearby attractions. THE beds felt very comfortable. I slept soundly throughout my stay.

The gym equipment showed a bit of wear and tear. Some machines could use an update.

The room was spacious. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The king-size bed was very comfortable, with nice pillows. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The elevator music was a little repetitive.
