The building has beauty inside and out. Staff are friendly, very helpful. The bed was very comfy. I found efficient check in. I receive personal service. I appreciate this.

ideal location convenient lines poor soundproofing hallway noise
The location is really ideal. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and various attractions. There are main bus and skyway lines nearby.
The rooms was not soundproofed well and this was an issue.

solid downtown option
helpful concierge convenient location friendly staff
the concierge was very helpful with directions. the location proved convenient to downtown. the rocky mountaineer shuttle picked us up right from the lobby. the staff are friendly and.
i thought i booked a larger room with three beds. the room was actually smaller and the bathroom was tiny. there was not much space for bathroom supplies.

dinner and breakfast were nice at the restaurant. the morning buffet had a good selection. this does come at a separate cost and may add up if you are staying for several days.

the bed was very comfortable in my beautiful room. the rooms are elegant, spacious and beautiful. it includes the use of a full-size bottle of their very nice scented hand lotion for our use.

the hotel is centrally located. it is a short walk to many attractions. walking to the cruise ship terminal was easy in the morning. this area is accessible and makes things convenient.

The staff was attentive to requests. I found the king bed provided great comfort. The room size was adequate for my needs. The hotel location allowed easy access to key city attractions.
The bathroom was small though it was functional.

Underwhelming Stay at Historic Hotel
The location was acceptable.
The room I was given had no heating and staff said it cannot be fixed. Nobody offered a space heater after I asked for it at 8:30pm. My kids were cold and had trouble sleeping.
