The location was indeed perfect. The staff were attentive. They accommodated my early arrival. I appreciated the friendly check-in staff finding a room ready ahead of schedule (this allowed me to enjoy my day).

The rooms looked outdated. The beds felt old, even the pillows lacked support. There was a hole in the shower ceiling. The hallways seemed dirty. (It looked like it hadn't been renovated since the 90s.)

Decent Location, But Hotel Needs Improvements

I was expecting more for the price. The bathroom felt really dated. There were few places to hang towels, a problem since my family was with me. the soundproofing was terrible. I heard noise from outside and from other rooms too.

convenient location harbor view cramped bathroom poor insulation

The location proved very convenient. It was close to stanley park and canada place. our room offered a lovely view of the harbor and the mountains.

The bathroom felt dated and cramped! there was only a combined shower and tub. noise insulation was poor. I could hear seaplanes and lounge music.

FANTASTIC stay!

amazing beverage great drink helpful staff polite staff

The service at the bar was Really good! Kira crafted amazing beverages for us. Zoe prepared more great drinks the following day. The H2 restaurant also provided a great experience, thanks to Chris. I found the staff helpful and polite. Flavia assisted us with extending our stay.

The fitness center felt a little small.

clean room spacious rooms helpful staff

i found the hotel very clean , and the room was spacious. the location suited my needs because it was very close to stanley park and the marina. the staff was helpful with directions.

i noticed the coffee machine in the room was a basic model , and extra coffee packets were limited.

the breakfast buffet had several options , including both hot and cold items and fresh fruit. there was a coffee bar in the lobby that offered pastries and sandwiches in addition to coffee. the hotel restaurant served lunch and dinner.
