Airport Convenience at Its Finest!

I found the proximity to the airport VERY convenient. The room was quiet. I hardly noticed any airport noise. I REALLY appreciated the easy access to the Canada Line for quick trips into the city.

The room service burger was not up to par with the otherwise excellent food options.

The hotel's situation right inside the airport terminal made it easy to catch my early morning flight. It is also directly connected to the skytrain, which allows quick access to downtown and other areas. The convenience IS unmatched.

My beautiful king room was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. I found the bed to be comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower.

the wheelchair was ready when i needed it! they checked me in early and helped with luggage. the room felt very clean and spacious. i was amazed i couldn't hear planes taking off (given the location).

the shower is large but slippery without grab bars and the one towel holder is round, so the towels fall off.

the reception desk offered helpful advice on kiosk arrival times. they also explained how to catch the skytrain to the city for dinner. the staff ensured a smooth transition after my flight.

The hotel offers convenient access directly from the terminal. I easily found two restaurants within the hotel offering diverse menus. My room included a well-sized bathroom. all expected amenities. Staff swiftly addressed every request , and provided excellent service.

The minibar lacked posted prices. I discovered the cost upon checkout. The wine prices were very high. The hotel charged an excessive amount for the wine.
