superb experience
convenient location friendly staff
the location proved very convenient, being within walking distance of key attractions. the staff were consistently friendly and efficient , ensuring any request was promptly addressed. i found the room to be quiet and comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.
i did find that adjusting the room temperature independently was not possible, a minor inconvenience. i had to contact the front desk to make adjustments, and it took a while to get it right.

the restaurant offered a good breakfast menu , with options like eggs benedict and fresh fruit. the service was attentive , ensuring a pleasant start to the day with high-quality ingredients. the atmosphere was conducive to a relaxed meal.

the fitness center included three treadmills , two stationary bikes , and a selection of free weights. the business center provided complimentary printing and scanning services , very helpful for travel-related tasks. the elevators operated efficiently with minimal wait times.

uncomfortable room cold room
the location was convenient to many attractions.
the room was cold when i arrived and did not warm up despite adjusting both thermostats. it was also dark and felt damp.

Perfect service and prime location
prompt staff quality sheet ideal location
The staff ensured every need was met promptly, from opening doors to quickly operating the elevator.. They also provided extra amenities upon request, which i appreciated. The room offered a luxurious walk-in shower and the bed featured high-quality sheets. The hotel's proximity to the cruise ship terminal, shops, and restaurants made it ideal for exploration.
The coffee from the coffee machine was of a mediocre quality.

Fantastic Stay, Great Service!
comfy bed powerful shower
The staff was very cute. They were friendly and courteous. The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped for a stay with a comfy bed and bedside lamps that include plug and charger sockets. I also appreciated the hairdryer and clothes steamer. They were very handy. The bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. (I loved the bathrobes too!).
The thermostat in the room seemed uncontrollable. The front desk said the engineering department actually controls the temperature, and little could be done other than offering a fan. I felt this was unacceptable, (especially for the price of the room).

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are updated nicely. I found the clothes storage adequate. it was lit. Very convenient. The hotel provides a coffee machine in the room. The staff is happy to provide extras for anything.

There is a Lindt chocolate shop right next door. This is a great perk. Hydra restaurant has a good happy hour. I also appreciated the refrigerator available in the room, it allowed me to store some drinks and snacks.

modern room friendly staff great location
Our room was modern. Slippers were a nice touch. The hotel made efforts to be environmentally friendly. I found the location convenient to everything I wanted to see.
The elevator system did require a little getting used to. You must pre-order your lift to a designated floor.
