i received a wonderful upgrade to the twentieth floor. it came as such a lovely surprise.. even though i had requested two double beds and the team initially mentioned they could only be available on the lower floors. we had drinks in oj's and the server was indeed charming. the young ladies at the desk helped me navigate to port moody by skytrain.
The carpet could certainly use some updating. It's showing its age slightly.

i really enjoyed the spaciousness of the beautiful queen suite. the full kitchen let me prepare my own breakfasts, super handy! the front desk staff were very helpful, giving clear directions and responding quickly to questions. i also found the location really convenient with easy access to everything.

The hotel's location worked so well for exploring. a convenience store sat just around the corner, handy for quick needs. i found robson street within easy walking distance, it offered plentiful shopping options. the separate lounge area was appreciated. It gave extra space to relax.
the decor felt a bit dated to me.
