I found the staff to be quite helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. my room had a very useful kitchenette. i appreciated that the hotel included access to a pool and gym. the location allowed me to easily walk to nearby attractions.
the elevators were noticeably slow. this sometimes meant a longer wait, especially during peak hours.

the hotel has a gym, though i didn't use it extensively, i did see a few treadmills and stationary bikes available. there is also a pool area, i counted approximately 20 loungers. there was also a sauna and steam room.

my suite included a separate living space, a bedroom, and a small kitchenette, that had plates and cutlery. the water pressure in the shower was strong, but the shower head dispersed water widely. the room also had an iron with ironing board.

the staff was polite, they provided quick assistance when i inquired about local restaurants. i saw several staff members assisting with luggage storage near the entrance. this process was efficient.

the location is great for games or city experiences. the mini kitchen is well supplied, and the refrigerator is spacious. i appreciated the hotel umbrellas on rainy days. the staff's friendliness stood out, i look forward to returning.
the decor felt slightly outdated, though clean, i found the lack of readily available electrical outlets a minor inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly. the room was large and the beds were comfortable! the hotel location was excellent. Restaurants, a grocery store, and a wine and beer store were very close. i walked to granville island ferry and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. i would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

the room had a full kitchen. the location was close to attractions. i appreciated having easy access to parking nearby.
the bathroom felt small and old. soap was left in the tub from a prior guest. there was no couch though pictures had shown one.

a tender stay
floor upgrade charming server helpful staff living room
i received a wonderful upgrade to the twentieth floor. it came as such a lovely surprise.. even though i had requested two double beds and the team initially mentioned they could only be available on the lower floors. we had drinks in oj's and the server was indeed charming. the young ladies at the desk helped me navigate to port moody by skytrain.
The carpet could certainly use some updating. It's showing its age slightly.

i really enjoyed the spaciousness of the beautiful queen suite. the full kitchen let me prepare my own breakfasts, super handy! the front desk staff were very helpful, giving clear directions and responding quickly to questions. i also found the location really convenient with easy access to everything.

The hotel's location worked so well for exploring. a convenience store sat just around the corner, handy for quick needs. i found robson street within easy walking distance, it offered plentiful shopping options. the separate lounge area was appreciated. It gave extra space to relax.
