Guests can choose between sustainable seafood sushi at the lobby Raw Bar, or Italian options at Giovane café, which includes a retail market with British Columbia and Italian products like house-cured salumi and cheeses. The internationally recognized cocktail program offers a bespoke experience designed by bartenders. The menu highlights regionally inspired produce rooted from the soil of the northwest, sustainably sourced seafood from oceans, and organic agricultural methods from backyard farmers and suppliers.
Leisure and wellness
Guests can use BMW bicycles with helmets, water bottles, locks, and maps to explore Vancouver and Stanley Park. Re-energize at the 2,100-square-foot fitness facility on the 5th floor. Fitness On Demand grants 24-hour access to classes including Gaiam Yoga, P90X, Insanity, Les Mills, and Zumba. The first Willow Stream Spa in downtown Vancouver offers treatments. Fairmont Pacific Rim is in Coal Harbour, near the marina and waterfront eateries. It is near the Olympic Cauldron (0.5 km), Science World (2.5 km), Vancouver Art Gallery (1 km), Harbour Centre Lookout Tower (0.5 km), Stanley Park (2.5 km), Vancouver Downtown (0.5 km), Vancouver Convention Centre (0.3 km), Canada Place (0.5 km), and Vancouver Aquarium (3.5 km). The historic Gastown neighborhood, with cobblestone streets and First Nations galleries, is ten minutes northeast.

Fairmont Pacific Rim offers event spaces. An experienced team guides event planning, from culinary experiences to personalized service. There are two ballrooms, six boardrooms, and a theater that seats 24 in leather couches, with a direct link to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
