The location is central, a definite advantage. I was close to Canada Place and Robson Street. I never waited long. The staff also helped with my late arrival after a flight delay.

The walls are quite thin, REALLY. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The bathroom counters felt low. It seemed like an accessible room though it wasn't. The cost was high for the quality received. I expected more.

I appreciated the modern, clean design of the hotel. the starbucks in the lobby was very convenient for getting a quick coffee. the location was also great. I could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

the paper cups in the room were not ideal for tea. the noise from emergency services outside was quite loud early in the mornings. i found no fresh milk for tea, only powdered options.

I enjoyed the convenient location, just steps from the metro (very handy!). The staff were attentive and quick to assist with my requests. My king room had a balcony, a great addition (I spent every evening there!).

The bathroom amenities were a bit basic for a hotel of this class.
