the location was so easy for visiting attractions. i walked to stores and restaurants nearby. i found complimentary snowshoes available. i also enjoyed average food at the restaurant.
the hotel looked dated, needing some love. it would have been nice with some updates.

Solid stay near the lake

My family of four and I enjoyed the upgrade to a Loft Suite upon arrival. This suite accommodated seven or eight people with ease because of the multiple beds and pull-outs. The modern kitchen included all necessary plates and utensils (i believe it was brand new). The bathrooms were very clean, and the beds offered great comfort.
The pool temperature felt a little cool for my liking.

the location was acceptable, close to the lake louise bus.
The room i had face the indoor pool, air circulation was not good. the room felt stuffy because i couldn't open a window for fresh air. also, there was a strange noise from the ceiling all night. It made sleeping hard.

i found the staff to be helpful. our dog friendly room suited us well. i appreciated the laundry facilities being available on the premises. the shuttle bus service to the lakes was an added bonus.
sound insulation in the room could be slightly improved as noise from other guests was noticeable (especially late at night).
