The staff was friendly and helpful. the indoor pool was clean and kids loved it. i appreciated the outdoor fireplaces. They added a cozy touch, especially in the evenings. also, i especially enjoyed the shower in my updated room.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, difficult for my partner to sleep. i hope they address it .

i found the staff to be helpful. the indoor pool was nice and clean. my kids loved the pool. the parking situation was good.
the air conditioning unit was too loud for my partner to sleep well. the steam room was not very warm. the hot tub was full each night that we wanted to use it.
