the staff was very friendly and helpful . i found the cleanliness of the entire hotel very excellent , especially the communal areas. the hot tubs and plunge pool added a luxurious touch , particularly after a day of exploring.
i noticed the absence of a bathroom fan in the room , which could improve ventilation.

the hotel offered convenient access to nearby attractions , as well as being located a manageable distance from essential facilities , so transport wasn't too much of an issue. public transportation was also close by.

the hotel's vibe surprised me. i loved the different temperatures in the hot tubs. the atmosphere, staff were friendly, and drinks at the bar were great. i would happily choose this hotel when i return.
the lighting in my room was a bit too low, especially since the hotel is close to other buildings. i had to keep the blinds down for privacy.

the breakfast included powdered scrambled eggs, potatoes, mini sausages, and breads. it provided basic options in a cafeteria-style setting, you could start your morning with something quick. i noticed no hand sanitizer near the buffet area.

Acceptable, but had some problems with the room and service
terrible mattresssmaller room
Mattress in my room? Terrible. Springs were poking through it. Receptionist mentioned she was the only staff, and hotel was fully booked. I got zero sleep that first night. Next day, they moved me to another room, but it was way smaller than what I originally booked. The whole thing annoyed me.

I appreciated the hot tubs and the campfire area that featured complimentary s'mores. The facilities were kept pristine and clean even with the hotel being fully booked. Our room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, and yogurt.
The room lighting COULD have been a bit better, as it was somewhat dark.

The staff was friendly and very helpful when we needed something. There seemed to always be someone available at the front desk to answer questions. The daily housekeeping did an really good job maintaining the rooms. I observed them to be thorough and efficient.
