excellent staff free bus tickets central location missing sign confusing layout dull lighting

The staff was excellent. free bus tickets were available. They are valid for three days. the location is in the city center (a big plus!).

The parking area was hard to find since there was no sign. i had a difficult time finding my way around inside. It is confusing. the lighting in the room was a bit dull, unfortunately.

The location was great. i was close to everything i wanted to visit. the room itself had ample storage space. it really helped keep things organized. The bathroom was also very clean, and this. staff was very nice to me.
