broken air conditioningunresolved issue
The air conditioning did not work well . I had to restart it constantly, and the staff was unable to resolve the issue. This was frustrating, especially given the room rate.
I got a room upgrade to a penthouse. It.!! The hotel has clean rooms. I found everything I needed. I totally recommend it!!!
They billed me again in late September. I don't know why!!! They also don't reply to my emails, and the outdoor hotspring smells like bleach.
