Really good Hotel Experience
easy check-incomfortable bednoisy vent
The check-in process used text notifications, allowing me to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room after a long drive.. The bed proved to be the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced. Outlets were readily available throughout the room, not hidden or difficult to access, a very welcome convenience.
an noisy vent located outside my room caused significant disruption. Unfortunately, the hotel staff could not resolve the issue , negatively impacting my overall experience.

The room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable bed. High-quality toiletries were provided, alongside convenient make-up wipes, and a Nespresso coffee machine added a nice touch for the mornings.

The restaurant offered prices similar to those outside the hotel and the food tasted delicious. Its farm-to-table philosophy appealed to me and offered an authentic culinary experience.

The lobby featured an very nice fireplace that created a pleasant ambiance. I loved the decor present throughout the hotel. The convenient access to the highway made traveling simple.

significant noiseinadequate staff
I found the noise levels to be quite disruptive. I could hear every sound from the hallway because there was a large air gap around the door. I found this a problem at night and early in the morning. The staff did not address it adequately, a disappointment (I've had better experiences at other places).

I found the location quite convenient to drive to nearby attractions. The hotel offers very clean rooms and everything felt new.
The hotel lacked a microwave in the room. I also found the refrigerator to be quite small .
