Fantastic Stay!

quiet roommountain viewspolite staff
I found the rooms quiet, and they included every amenity I could need for a stay. I really loved the mountain views from my room! The staff was very courteous. They were also quite attentive to all my needs. Underground parking definitely gave me peace of mind.
I noticed a small stain on the hallway carpet. Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
Dining
8/10
There is no on-site restaurant. The Keg Steakhouse is conveniently located next door, so you are close to an excellent dinner option. Many other restaurants are within a short walk from the hotel, giving many choices.
Service
9/10
The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I obtained Roam bus passes from the reception desk. This allowed me free transport on local routes. The staff answered all my questions promptly. They also gave me useful information.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel features underground parking, and I was happy to find ample parking spaces. I noticed a fitness center with cardio machines and weights. The indoor pool and hot tub looked very inviting. The pool area also had plenty of lounge chairs.

unexpected comfort

comfy bedmountain viewcharming cottageparking issue
The beds were very comfy. I also loved that mountains surrounded the lodge. I noticed the building reminded me a lot of a cottage, quite charming.
Overheight parking became an issue because buses occupied the spaces, this forced my family to park several blocks away.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides complimentary three day access for bus rides. This is a great amenity. I noted the underground parking gave easy access, very convenient. The hot tub provided relaxation after a long day.
Location
8/10
The lodge is near a bus stop with frequent service every half hour. I found this convenient for transportation. The walk into town is about fifteen minutes, should you decide to walk.
Dining
8/10
I could not find a restaurant inside the hotel. I do not know if this is temporary. Guests should consider other dining options. I noticed no bar available, either.

EXCELLENT Stay!

easy accesscomfortable bednice size
Underground parking was AMAZING. Access was easy. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciate. The room was a nice size and very clean. I really appreciated the transit pass, it meant I didn't have to worry about parking downtown.
The hotel is located a little far from the main street, but that was not a major issue.
Dining
8/10
The hotel provided access to a microwave in the main lobby. This was convenient for heating up small meals. The option to use a microwave in the lobby was great, so I could have a quick snack before heading out.
Service

The receptionist was kind and very cute, I was touched! All the staff members were friendly and approachable. The staff did their best to accommodate my requests. This.
