the staff helped with taxi arrangements and they arrived quickly (less than 5 minutes). tour companies picked up for banff and jasper tours either at the hotel or within walking distance. i appreciated the early check-in and upgraded room, thanks to yuna at the front desk.

i found that the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned recently.

i liked the kitchen that had all the equipment. i used the fridge to store leftovers. the room was a good size, it had lots of space. i appreciated the comfortable bed, i slept well each night.
