the staff provided really good service they promptly addressed all requests. my room featured many charging ports and plug-ins facilitating device management. the blackout curtains effectively darkened the room promoting better sleep.

i noticed that poolside reservations are essential walk-ins were frequently turned away. securing a spot requires advance planning to fully utilize the facility.

The fitness center next door included many options for exercise. I used treadmills and weights . Delicious restaurants were within walking distance. I discovered many options. The staff allowed ME to check in early. I was very thankful after my early flight.

The tv was barely attached to the wall. There was a GIANT hole behind it.

i booked a room and had high expectations. the room had dust and wasn't super clean, and the housekeeper was really rude. i needed to change rooms because the first one wasn't cleaned well. after staying the first night, the housekeeper gave us towels when i asked, but she told me to bring her the dirty ones. also, the tub stopper didn't seal so i couldn't have a bath. it was a disappointment.

the staff were great at both the pool and the reception desk. the location was excellent. i found the room good.

the housekeeper handed me the towels when i stated i needed towels, and when i asked about the dirty ones she said to bring them to her. it was weird as she never made our beds.
